SEC. 7

Renters of homes located in Sepasco Village who wish to use the beach must obtain beach privileges.

Beach privileges may be obtained by renters in the following manner and subject to the following rules:

a) The owner of the home must be a member in good standing.

b) An additional payment of regular annual dues amount must be made for each rental, which

shall be delivered to the Treasurer by the owner of the property.

c) The Board of Directors may revoke permission for any renter to use the beach at any time.

d) Owners of a home in Sepasco Village may rent such dwelling but are limited to initiating one

(1) rental term per year. Exceptions to this Bylaw may be presented to the Board of Directors

for consideration on a case by case basis. Renters may be natural persons only.
