Work Hours

SEC. 8
a) It is required that each household contribute a number of work hours, established and
approved by the Board of Directors annually, toward the benefit of Sepasco Village. The
work hours shall be kept for work done by each member during the Corporation’s fiscal year.
b) If the work requirement is not met an assessment will be added to the annual fee to maintain
current membership. The amount of the work assessment will be set by the Board annually
not to exceed $200.00.
c) The Chairpersons of the committees will be responsible to report time credited towards the
work requirement to the Secretary of the Board of Directors. The Chairpersons will also be
handle grievances from members regarding discrepancies. The Chairpersons will report such
discrepancies and their resolutions to the Secretary.
d) Work at the cleanups will be recorded on sign-in/sign-out sheets maintained by the committee
Chairperson and turned over to the Secretary who will be responsible for the final tally.
Members may request exemption from the work requirement by stating the reason for the
exemption in writing with their dues payment. The Board will review and grant or deny
exemptions
